About Camp Lookout Camp Lookout is owned by the Chattanooga and Cleveland Districts of the United Methodist Church and is operated by the Holston Conference Camping and Leisure Ministries, Inc. (HCCLM) Camp Lookout is accredited by the American Camping Association and has been in operation since 1960. Located approximately 20 minutes south of Chattanooga, Camp Lookout is situated on 265 acres atop Lookout Mountain in Georgia.
